Fruits of the Holy Spirit - பரிசுத்த ஆவியின் கனிகள்

Agape love - unconditional, sacrificial love. Not based on feelings but on commitment. "God is love." (1 John 4:8)

Greek: Agape

சூழ்நிலைகளை பொறுத்து மாறாத நிரந்தர மகிழ்ச்சி. துக்கத்திலும் கர்த்தரில் மகிழ்ச்சி.

Deep, abiding gladness not dependent on circumstances. "The joy of the LORD is your strength." (Nehemiah 8:10)

Greek: Chara

மனது கலங்காத அமைதி. "புரிதலுக்கு அப்பாற்பட்ட சமாதானம்" (பிலிப்பியர் 4:7).

"Peace that transcends all understanding." (Philippians 4:7) - Shalom/wholeness, not just absence of conflict.

Greek: Eirene

நீண்ட மனம் - பொறுமையுடன் தாங்கிக்கொள்வது. கோபத்திற்கு தாமதிப்பது.

Long-suffering, patience under trial. Enduring difficult people and situations without giving up. God is "makrothumos" (slow to anger).

Greek: Makrothumia

உடனடியாக மற்றவரை உதவுவதற்கு முன்வரும் மனநிலை - இயேசுவின் "இனிய மேலாடை."

Moral excellence, gentle helpfulness. The word from which "Christian" name derives. Active goodwill toward others in practical ways.

Greek: Chrestotes

தீமையை வெறுத்து நன்மையை தேடும் இயல்பு. உண்மையான நீதி மற்றும் தார்மீக உறுதி.

Moral goodness, integrity, righteousness in character. Similar to kindness but includes firmness - goodness can rebuke evil.

Greek: Agathosune

நம்பகத்தன்மை - சொல்லை காப்பாற்றுவது, வாக்கை நிறைவேற்றுவது.

Reliability, trustworthiness. Being someone others can count on. Faithfulness to God and to one's commitments.

Greek: Pistis

பலத்தை கட்டுப்படுத்திய சாந்தம். பலவீனம் அல்ல - கட்டுப்பாட்டுடன் கூடிய வலிமை.

Meekness, humility in strength. Not weakness but power under control. Jesus described himself as "gentle and humble in heart." (Matthew 11:29)

Greek: Prautes

உடல், மன ஆசைகளை கட்டுப்படுத்துவது. உணவு, கோபம், பாலியல், பேச்சு - எல்லாவற்றிலும் கட்டுப்பாடு.

Mastery over one's desires and passions. The last fruit - perhaps because it undergirds all others. Not suppression but Spirit-empowered governance of self.
